These services play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Will services disrupt residents or daily activities?

Disruption is minimized by scheduling work during approved hours and coordinating around meals, activities, and quiet times. Noise and water use are managed carefully, and work is staged to avoid high-traffic areas whenever possible.

Do technicians enter resident apartments or rooms?

Only when access has been approved by facility management and the resident or staff grants permission. Technicians always knock, announce themselves, and respect resident privacy.

How are walkways and entrances kept safe?

All equipment is routed away from walkways and ADA-accessible routes whenever possible. Wet areas are monitored and marked as needed to prevent slip hazards. For gutter and roof cleaning, all debris is collected and removed promptly from sidewalks and walkways.
