About: Originally from the Midwest, Josh relocated to Oregon in 2015 to pursue his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. A third-generation small business owner, he founded JM Total Clean in 2016 as a way to support his graduate studies. Drawing on his entrepreneurial roots and passion for leadership, Josh expanded the company’s service offerings and brought on strategic partners to support long-term growth. Today, he leads JM Total Clean with a clear focus on vision, innovation, and business development. An avid networker and hands-on leader, Josh remains closely connected to field operations and enjoys working alongside his crews whenever time allows.

As a recipient of the prestigious Ford Family Scholarship, he excelled in both his undergraduate and graduate studies. At JM Total Clean, Mason leads field operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation. He is the driving force behind the company's soft wash systems, continuously refining techniques and training standards. A natural leader and problem-solver, Mason is dedicated to supporting his team and ensuring every project meets the highest standards of service and safety.

With a background as a controller, finance director, and consultant, he provides strategic leadership in all areas of financial planning, reporting, and operational efficiency. Bryan plays a key role in shaping the company’s long-term vision, contributing to high-level strategy and growth initiatives. Outside of his financial responsibilities, he enjoys building connections through networking and business development. His forward-thinking mindset and analytical skills make him a vital part of the JM Total Clean leadership team.

Nick is focused on growth strategy, cultivating long-term partnerships and networking with local contractors. He is a wash nerd and loves getting out to project sites!
