Who We Serve

Post-Construction

Specialized Cleaning Services for Builders, Contractors, and Renovation Projects

Safe, Presentable, and Ready to Use

Post-construction clean-up is a crucial final step in any building or renovation project. Once construction work is completed, the site is often left with dust, debris, hazardous materials, and leftover building supplies that can pose safety risks and hinder the functionality or visual appeal of the space. A thorough clean-up ensures the area is safe, presentable, and ready for occupancy or use.

This process typically includes removing construction dust from surfaces, cleaning windows, polishing floors, disposing of debris, and ensuring all fixtures and systems are clean and operational. Post-construction clean-up not only protects the health and safety of future occupants but also preserves the integrity of the new work, showcasing the finished product in its best condition. For contractors and property owners alike, investing in professional post-construction cleaning helps meet quality standards, timelines, and customer satisfaction.

Our Process

Post-construction cleaning is a thorough and detailed cleaning process that takes place after a building or renovation project is completed. Its main goal is to remove dust, debris, and leftover construction materials to prepare the space for occupancy or final inspection. The process is typically done in phases:

  1. Rough Clean: This initial phase happens before final installations like flooring or fixtures. It includes the removal of large debris, dust, and leftover materials such as drywall, wood scraps, and packaging.
  2. Light Clean: Once most installations are complete, this phase involves detailed cleaning of surfaces, including walls, windows, doors, cabinets, and restrooms. It may also include the removal of stickers from new fixtures and appliances.
  3. Final Clean (Touch-Up): Performed just before occupancy, this phase ensures the space is spotless. It focuses on high-traffic areas, glass cleaning, smudge removal, and checking for any missed spots.
