Positions we are currently interested in:

We are actively seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of General Manager. This position requires strong leadership skills and prior experience in exterior cleaning. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple crews, managing daily operations, maintaining schedules, and demonstrating exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Key responsibilities encompass various aspects, including team leadership, project management, quality control, customer relations, safety compliance, equipment maintenance, and budget management. The ideal candidate should possess 2+ years of experience in the pressure washing and soft washing industry or a similar service industry, along with proven leadership and management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, customer service skills, and a sound understanding of safety protocols are also essential. Proficiency in using pressure washing and soft washing equipment, a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation are required.

Compensation:

  • Annual Salary: Minimum 50k, with the potential to earn over 100k through a bonus and incentive structure.

Schedule:

  • Full-Time: Monday to Friday

We seek courteous, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individuals for an ideal position that involves working outdoors during daylight hours.

Independence is key, making it suitable for those who prefer autonomy. This role requires a money-motivated mindset, as compensation is performance-based.

While previous experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate.

The role involves in-the-field sales, meeting with commercial clients to assess needs and provide estimates, as well as managing follow-up calls and scheduling in the office.
