Role: We are seeking an individual with leadership experience to supervise multiple crews, direct daily operations, manage schedules with a knack for being a master problem solver.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience
  • Preferred: 1 year of exterior cleaning experience

We seek courteous, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individuals for an ideal position that involves working outdoors during daylight hours.

Independence is key, making it suitable for those who prefer autonomy. This role requires a money-motivated mindset, as compensation is performance-based.

While previous experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate.

The role involves in-the-field sales, meeting with commercial clients to assess needs and provide estimates, as well as managing follow-up calls and scheduling in the office.

Compensation:

  • Base + Commission

Schedule:

  • Full-Time: Monday to Friday
