Developed by our leadership team, these trainings are intended to shape interactions with older adults while our crews are performing services in senior living facilities. We empower our team to build meaningful connections and provide exceptional support to senior community members promoting dignity, compassion, and inclusion in every interaction.

Programs Catered to Senior Living

‍1. Rebate Program 

  • Every dollar spent is eligible for rebate. We offer a 10% credit on every invoice to be applied as credit for future projects. Terms and conditions apply. 

2. Payment Plan 

  • We offer a 3-month payment plan option for senior living facilities. 

3. Multi-Year Service Contract 

  • We offer multi-year service contracts to SLF's to guarantee pricing for up to 36 months.

Our Process: 

Since 2018, JM Total Clean has proudly served over 20 senior living communities across Oregon ranging from Bend to Eugene, and throughout the Portland metro area. We see ourselves as a trusted partner putting relationships with staff and residents first.

We work alongside facility leadership to construct a plan that accomplishes the work efficiently and with the best interest of the residents and staff. We provide each location with an estimated working timeline to allow for residents notification and site preparations.

  • Continuum of care sites with 100+ independent living cottages.

They even pulled some material out of the dryer vent on the roof since "they were already up there" going above and beyond.
